Made of light-weight neon neppy cotton. Neppy means that the fabric of the garment has been woven in a way that some of the cotton fibers extend and protrude from the main surface.
The drawcord was added to keep from loosing your bucket on bike rides or windy hikes. Just tuck it back when you don't want to use it ;)
